ICE ENGINEERING HAS ACHIEVED OVER 14 YEARS WITH 3,000,000 HOURS LTI FREE

This is a significant achievement as the majority of the Projects that ICE has completed in this time are in remote sites and of the heavy Industrial nature.

The Mining, Hydrocarbons and Infrastructure sectors demand high intensity work fronts with multiple trade working simultaneously either in Greenfield or Brownfield project, Metropolitan or remote sites.

Health Safety Environmental & Quality is the dual responsibility of the employer (ICE ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION) and employee / sub-contractor to ensure that we all contribute to an incident free workplace. As an ongoing commitment towards HSEQ, ICE has implemented an Integrated Management System which provides the necessary guidance, instruction, procedures and authority to mitigate workplace risk.

ICE employees are authorised to STOP work if they consider any aspect of their allocated work to be unsafe. Employees will not be expected to recommence that task until the issue has been resolved under agreement of both the employee and their supervisor, such that the task has been risk assessed and is deemed safe to proceed.
